WHO SAYS EVERY PARK BOARD HAS TO BE MADE OUT OF WOOD
This cable shredder proves that not every aspect of a cable board has to be soft. This shape has a variable flex along the rocker line with a thicker/stiffer belly, and then transitions to a super thin profiled, soft tip/tail. Some riders want to be able to rock into a press with a bigger pivot point underneath their feet and have a smaller flex point in the end of the board. A perfect new redesigned shape, for entry-level riders to get the feel for riding laps, or for mid to high-end level riders that want the feel and snap of a foam construction.
KINETIK PROJECT: SPRINGBOX 2
THE EASIEST WAY TO SNAP FROM POINT A TO B AT A PARK
This Kinetik features the exact same core, profile, and rocker as the Flexbox 1, but has totally different pressure points with Springbox 2. A more rigid mid-section was designed so a rider can rock into a press – then once locked in – a softer end tip/tail section creates the ability to move side to side or just exaggerate the angle of a press. New for this year we have added rods thru the tip/tail of the box area that give the rider more spring to ollie off the water or a feature. Designed and ridden by the world’s best park rider – Dominik Hernler. Our fastest cable shape delivers more top water speed and contact/control with the water.
Have only 1 left FELIX Fibreglass Park Machine The Felix is the most superior park board available. Byerly has always prided itself on glass construction – without ever diverting to wooden products for the fear of losing strength and longevity. The Felix gained the flex characteristics of a wooden board however, this is achieved […]
A NEW CABLE FLIGHT PATTERN
A new cable specific shape created to get you there bigger and higher. The Highlife has the most amount of rocker and bottom features of any Ronix board and is designed for bigger boosts both on air tricks and leaving a kicker. With a precise edge hold into air tricks and with nearly 1” more rocker than its Kinetik brother, this series will release from the water with more amplitude. Together with Flexbox 2 and wood running horizontally in the tip/tail, this board has infinite end pressure points with a more stout mid-section.
KINETIK PROJECT: FLEXBOX 1
THE BOARD THAT STARTED VARYING FLEX
The cable kingpin is intentionally created with less rocker for more contact with the water resulting in more top water speed and control on the water. We realized that there are 2 styles of high-end park riders, which is why we created Flexbox 1 and Springbox 2, each with distinct pressure points both on features and leaving the water. Flexbox 1 is created for riders that like a softer mid-section allowing the center of the board to really bend into a press. Once in a press, the slightly stiffer tip/tail allows the rider to really pivot off the feature. This Kinetik has more of a solid snap off kickers, and works better for air tricks because a rider needs that added support when they flick off the end of the board.
The Union puts a twist on the new Wishbone shape beginning with its fully machined crossover flex core. The power press rocker allows riders to easily lock into defined presses and the tip and tail concave comes in handy on pipe features. Unique to the Union is the finless feature, Aaron designed this deck for hours of endless fun at your home park.
